Cache TTL not updating




Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cache TTL not updating

Hello, Google pagespeed insight says the Cache TTL is 1h, so I want to increase the TTL to 4h. I tried any setting I could find and change it but I dont see the TTL changing. What should I do?
