Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cache Isnt Generated By Androids/iPhones Chrome Browser

Typically when I visit a page, it processes it and then caches it for future visitors. I noticed that when browsing through pages that had not been cached yet on my Samsung S20 using Chrome (tried from iPhone with Chrome as well), Litespeed never caches that page (even after repeat page loads), UNTIL I visit the page from a Windows 10 computer using Chrome. Shouldnt mobile visits result in pages being cached as well? If needed, my report number is ODXQKCIC. Thanks in advance!
