Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cache Addon-domain
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi there, I discovered the Litepseed Cache not only performs caching on my WordPress website placed in the public_html directory on my server. It also performs caching for directories outside of public_html (I created with addon-domain). When I change some files in external public_html directory, I dont see the change immediately (they are written in PHP), but after I cleared cache in the Litespeed cache plugin installed on my WordPress website (located in the public_html directory), I see these changes. So can I exclude domains, subdomains and addon-domain that I put outside the public_html directory from the Litespeed cache? This topic was modified 4 years ago by Trieu Vy. Hi @zztalano1zz, May I know which hosting panel or engine you are using? (cPanel/Plesk/OLS/Enterprise) Also, could you share your folder structure and setting with us on Slack channel or submit a ticket. Thanks, Stanley Hi @stanleylitespeed, Im using hosting cPanel v74.0.9 And this is my folder structure: https://i.imgur.com/yOduPZj.png Hi @zztalano1zz, I just tried sub domain and add-on domain, both were created under public_html folder. Is there any method to create it outside the public_html for issue verification? I am also using cpanel v74.0.9 Best Hi @eric780217, I just moved the subdomain and add-on domain directory out of the public_html directory. The problem was resolved on Slack.
