Wordpress LScache Plugin: CSS Minify block website icons
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Good Morning, I need support. I using LiteSpeed Cache+Quic.Cloud and it is all working fine but I dont understand why every time enables the CSS Minify (LiteSpeed Cache -> Page Optimization ? > CSS Settings -> CSS Minify) all icons on my home page (screenshot link: https://prnt.sc/9_4n9fGwn7yM) disappear. All same icons, so I think its a file extension issue. At the moment the CSS Minify its turn off. The issue was born only when changing the setting from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I have contact the theme developer (purchase from themeforest) to understand if a theme issue and the theme support answer: Hello Gerardo We checked the website and it seems that the option CSS Minify in the external third party plugin LiteSpeed Cache is minifying the CSS incorrectly on the site where the SVG fill value is being changed incorrectly from: url(#svg-gradient-primary)!important To: url(/wp-content/uploads/wp-scss-cache/#svg-gradient-primary)!important To prevent having the issue we recommend you disable the option from the site (please note that the theme css files are already optimized and minified), otherwise, if you want to enable the option on the site we recommend you to contact the used third party plugin support in order to check and solve the issue in their plugin. ? Im beginner and i dont have idea how to do and if its possible exclude from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin the icons css. Do you have an idea how what can I do to fix it or what can I do to exclude the icons format from the CSS Minify so i can active the CSS Minify? My website is: gerardopandolfi.com Thanks a lot The page I need help with: http://gerardopandolfi.com Hi, as the theme dev suggests, the theme css files are already optmed and minfied , you dont need to enable CSS minify again from LSCWP , doubling minify doesnt help but could just slow thing down. Understand! Thanks for the answer.
