Worked through deactivating and activating all plugins and found it was LightSpeed Cache causing the problem. 2. Have purged cache on everything. 3. Everything looks good in debug mode. 4. Everything looks good when CSS Combine is OFF. 5. JS settings are all OFF. 6. Disabling only Cache did not resolve issue. 7. Switching to previous versions did not make a difference. In fact, switching to version 4.1 resulted in a critical error. 8. Tried master version and issue persists in that. 9. Issue not resolved by turning CSS Combine External and Inline ON. 10. Following all instructions here did not resolve the issue: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/ ??I added all CSS file links to CSS Excludes and the website still looked broken.
