Wordpress LScache Plugin: Bug with Woocommerce ? Add variation
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, I have noticed a bug with woocommerce and the Litespeed Cache plugin. If you are editing a product and want to add a variation, you click add variation from the drop down and then it just hangs. I checked the JS console and it throws a java error on a WP core file. Then I have to click update the whole product and the new variation then appears. However, the problem persists if I want to add another variation. I cleared the LS cache and the problem is still there. I disable the LS cache plugin and the problem goes away! Can you please look into this and advise if it is a setting I have wrong in the LS cache plugin config or if it is a bug with the plugin? thanks Hello, I just test it and i do not see that hangs . Hi sorry for the delayed response, it took me a while to debug the issue. It turns out it is a conflict with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ecr-google-customer-reviews/ I have left a message on their support as well as I do not know whether it is that plugin or LS Cache that is actually at fault. The above plugin does not exhibit the same problems when using WP Rocket so I assumed initially that the problem is with the Ls Cache plugin. Thanks Ah, ok. Heres a link to our API that you can share with the other plugin developers, if you like. If it turns out they need to do something to make their plugin compatible with LSCache, the API will give them the tools to do so. Hi I have not had a response from the developers of the above plugin. Also, I tested their plugin with my other cache plugin WP Rocket and there is no issue. Hi Ruikai, I updated the plugin to 2.2.4 and have the same issue. Regarding disabling all other plugins, as I already noted, I did this and that is how I isolated the plugin described above as a possible conflict. I disable everything except WC, LS Cache and then gradually turn back on until the problem comes back, which is when I turn on the above plugin for google reviews.
