Wordpress LScache Plugin: Bug ? preloading urls with redirect, takes us to initial page and doesnt redirec

You can see that it points to URL with // at the end, which redirects to the same url but with one /. Anyway,you can click it, the issue here is that it after clicking it, it displays page that has otherwise working 301 redirect in it, instead of displaying/rendering/showing/entering the page that is the final page in redirect chain. what i mean is that feature preload urls with mouse upon hover (well, i think this one) prevents it from working correctly.
