Wordpress LScache Plugin: Archives pages are not purged after Widget modifications
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi I do not know since this issue began but it has worked before . Here is the issue: in my archives pages, there is some widgets, before when I was removing a widget, the archive page was automaticaly purged ans updated, and the removed widget do not show up in this archive page. Now if I remove a widget, the archive page seems to be not purged and the widget still visible? More strange: if I add a new widget, this widget become visible it the archive page (its ok), but still visible if I remove it? To be sure I have checked all the options in the Purge Tab Hi, @pako69 It sounds like you are saying that the page is purged in the cache when a new widget is added, but it is not purged when a widget is removed. Correct? Can you share a little bit more about how you are adding/removing these widgets from the pages? Are you going through Appearance > Widgets? Or are they some other kind of widget that you can add through the WP editor? Can you share a link to one of the pages where this behavior occurs? Thanks! Hi yes I go to Appearance > Widgets, but I dont really delete a widget, I move it to the placed named Inactive Widgets . https://www.domodeco.fr/actualite is a WordPress Archive Page, where I can place, between the post entries, some widget (please note that there is curently no widget in this page), but this is where the can be visibles. Hi, The latest update introduced a feature Purge All Hooks in Advanced tab , could you please check that ? Hi In the advandec tab, the default/recommended settings are applied. I just tried again and it do not work : > Change a widget title: the widget title do no change > Add a new widget: the widget is not visible.
