Wordpress LScache Plugin: Advanced Cache

Could you tell me if this should be left enabled or disabled (unchecked) when using the Autoptimize plugin? Thanks If you see any warning from Litespeed plugin that says it cant work with other full page cache plugin, you need to uncheck that option. Otherwise, just leave it alone. Thanks
