Wordpress LScache Plugin: Add OPCache and CloudFlare purge cache button?

Cloudflare has an API taht can be called with a secret key ? I do not not how it is possible for OPcache but WP Rocket give us this options of OPcache is active Or as a best combo: a button to clear all: server lite speed cache + Cloudfare cache + OPcache cache Thanks Noted.
