Wordpress LScache Plugin: A Lite version of Litespeed Cache

I feel this plugin is doing more and more things that we dont need, so a core caching plugin would be great. Something to consider? Why not just use caching part only? If menu part really bothers you (or your clients) you can use the following tutorial to hide the menu items: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-remove-menu-item-in-wordpress-admin-panel/ It is not so much the menu items, more the notifications asking for domain keys when we are not using QUIC.cloud and the meta column added to media when we are not using image optimization.
