Wordpress LScache Plugin: 500 internal server error
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 hi. I have ten thousand products on my website. So my sitemap is very heavy. After clicking the refresh crowler map button, after two minutes, I get this error: Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase Connection Timeout. I tried many ways to increase max_execution_time. I also increased this amount myself through the PHP.ini file. I also told the server backup my problem. But my problem was not solved and I still have this error after 120 seconds. Can you help me? Thankful Do you have access to LiteSpeed WebAdmin Panel as root? LiteSpeed doesnt consider PHP settings for max_execution_time or any other PHP.ini settings to control timeout. It musst be changed in LSWS WebAdmin to increase timeouts, but needs root access. If you are on shared hostings there is no way to change this seetings. https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/#wp-cron-php-timing-out
