Wordpress LScache Plugin: 500 Internal Server Error in MU Network Admin > Manage
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi Folks, We made no plugin, theme, or WordPress changes, and now when we visit Network Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Manage, the site times out and we receive a 500 internal server error. Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase Connection Timeout. If we move litespeed-cache to /wp-content/plugins.temp, Network Admin will load fine. If we move it back to /wp-content/plugins, we receive the 500 internal server error again. Debug, Debug Log, and Debug Display are all turned on, but there is no debug.log, and nothing displayed on the WPOD. /public_html/error_log is a month old too. I have deleted the plugin through cPanel, and reuploaded a new copy to plugins, but the issue remains. Network Admin > Litespeed Cache > Settings loads okay, but takes about 45 seconds to get there, on a web server that is normally quite fast. Help appreciated. The page I need help with: https://www.insightwebsites.net/ Hi, May I know how many sub-sites you have in the network? Best regards, About 150 Hi, Its known issue that has been reported by other user before , the root cause is that when you have so many subsites, when you go to manage page , it will query database for all sub-sites record , which with 100-ish sites, it takes too long and occurs time out. this issue has been addressed in new version , please wait for release. Best regards,
