Wordpress LScache Plugin: 30 JS files created today
Last Updated on: Wed, 15 Apr 2026 00:00:02 Hi, Im currently troubleshooting an issue whereby seemingly randomly (Im talking once every couple of weeks ), our site will fail to load either the combined JS, or the combined CSS, leaving pages either with malfunctioning elements, or completely unstyled. Purging the cache resolves the issue immediately. As part of this Ive been monitoring the JS folder in the /litespeed directory. So far today our site has generated 30 separate JS files, so I was wondering whether this is normal? Were using 4.3, and Im aware of the CSS fix thats currently in beta, which I have running on our test site, however, I havent seen anything relating to JS not loading. I have all JS Combine features on, but only CSS Combine and CSS Minify (no async loading, no critical CSS, no per page CSS). of course it could be happening more often, and were just not seeing it ? then the files get updated and it starts working OK again.
