Wordpress LScache Plugin: Why google is indexing lightspeed internal cache files?

Its terrible to see that Google is indexing internal files generated by the LiteSpeed cache plugin. The site called- https://agneepathscheme.org/ is using litespeed plugin. Yesterday when I search google with site:domain the following URL (in the screenshot) was appearing on google results. I then manually removed the URL from the google search console. https://snipboard.io/LAYI2J.jpg look into this matter, so that those pages dont show up in the search result. The page I need help with: https://agneepathscheme.org/ The affected file isnt an internal file. It is a file like each other and can be accessed from everybody, but you are right. This file shouldnt be indexed. You can prevent indexing this file by adding the following code to your .htaccess. RewriteCond % REQUEST_URI /guest.vary .php [NC] RewriteRule ^. $ - [ENV=NOINDEX:true] header set X-Robots-Tag noindex, nofollow, noodp env=NOINDEX You can also add the filename to robots.txt.
