Wordpress LScache Plugin: Litespeed lazy loads image when Lazy-Load-Images>OFF

Hello sir After installing this cache plugin I have faced two issues. I have lazy loaded images off. but image are being lazy load please fix this issue. I checked everything but its did not work for me.
