Lazy Load on ESI shortcodes

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Lazy Load on ESI shortcodes

Hi! We are using ESI on shortcodes because the content is timed. These shortcodes include a lot of images. It looks like that Litespeed cant lazy load images on those shortcodes. Is that true? Is it possible to enable lazy load?
