Home Page images do not appear

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Home Page images do not appear

Hi, I installed litespeed cache and did all the settings. But now the images on the home page are not appearing. If i go to the inner pages and then come back to the home page, then the images appear. Please let me know what I need to do to make the home page images appear when the website is loaded first time. An important file that is used for Guest Mode is blocked and cant be accessed. Either disable Guest Mode or find the reason why guest.vary.php is blocked.
