Exclude a page for optimization

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Exclude a page for optimization

My Divi contact form seems to stop working unless I clear the cache on a regular basis. Is it possible to just exclude this page from all LiteSpeed optimization? I cant risk the on-again-off-again nature of this issue. Please help!
