Cant EXCLUDE cartflows to solve process checkout

Wordpress LScache Plugin: Cant EXCLUDE cartflows to solve process checkout

Hi, I have been having issues with excluding the cart flows flow checkout to process the payments. I have already set serve stale to off but I still am unable to get the payment fields to show up I got them to show up when I disabled Litespeed cache but I need that for optimization any help would be highly appreciated.
