Wordpress LScache Plugin: .htaccess_lscachebak files

Hi, Im having problems with my website after uninstalling your plugin. When I access some of my webpages, such as https://bablingua.com/recursos/nivel-inicial/, they load well, but if I reload the page the old version of the site is back. Trying to find a solution Ive seen Ive got 6 files in my public_html folder that are related to LiteSpeed: .htaccess_lscachebak_01 .htaccess_lscachebak_02 .htaccess_lscachebak_03 .htaccess_lscachebak_04 .htaccess_lscachebak_05 .htaccess_lscachebak_orig Is it safe to delete them? Do I need to look for something else to completely uninstall the cache? Thanks! The page I need help with: https://bablingua.com/recursos/nivel-inicial/ Hi, these are auto-generated backup files , they are safe to remove , but I would suggest you keep at least one of them just in case. Best regards, Thanks! Can I keep one of the files in my hard drive or it might be needed in my FTP? Hi, Yes, anywhere you wish. Best regards, Wonderful, thank you! my pleasure to help Hi, I deleted those files but my problem persists: When I access some of my webpages, such as https://bablingua.com/recursos/nivel-inicial/, they load well, but if I reload the page the old version of the site is back. Ive noticed that the status of my theme shows: Web Server Configuration:?Software ??LiteSpeed Does that mean Im somehow still connected?to your plugin even if Ive uninstalled it and deleted everything Ive found cache related? Thanks again for all your help. Hi, Maybe browser cache ? please check with private windows. you can verify it is hits litespeed cache or not by check HTTP response header if you see x-litespeed-cache: hit ,this means our cache is working , otherwise it is not hitting cache. Best regards, Thank you so much! Since I have no idea about how cache works, Ive got a friend lending me a hand. This is what she told me: You can see the x-litespeed-cache: hit which is indicating a cached HTML is being returned by the server on your hosting without ever reaching your WordPress. How can I stop x-litespeed-cache? Is that something my hosting provider has to do or I can do it from my end? Hi, May I know what is your webserver ? Best regards, My web server is CloudFlare. This is a message I got from their community forum: I also see the page shows a LiteSpeed cache hit. So you are using a Cache Plugin. Generally, LiteSpeed cache is safe, but try purging all LiteSpeed caches and see if that helps. How can I purge all LiteSpeed caches? Hi, No , server shows CF because you are behind its proxying , thats not your origin server. I am asking you what server in order to guide you how to purge it properly. Are you using any control panel ? Best regards, Thanks, my hosting provider found a solution and my site is finally working well. I really appreciate your quick responses and help, great customer supportI am having this same issue but I cannot seem to fix it and this thread ends with their hosting provider fixing the issue. Can we pick up here and see what I can do to fix this? The exact thing happens to me, I load the page and it loads ok but if I navigate back to the page then it loads a cached version! It only happens on chrome for me I am on a Digital Ocean Server with no control panel.
